What's Included?

Customized Training Program

In the 42 days, we customize your workouts around YOUR body and YOUR abilities. These are NOT cookie cutter programs that you'll see in the magazines at the grocery store. I take into account how you move, what you are capable of and build YOUR workout plan around YOU to ensure that you get the best results as quickly and safely as possible. You must be able to complete3 workouts per week at Fitbody Fitness

Nutrition for YOUR Body

Yes, this is one of the MAJOR components of this program. We all know it's about the diet (hate that word) but we are going to make sure you follow science-proven systems that will still have you eating real food. In fact, we will cover so much nutrition that there is no way we won't find a meal plan or program that works for YOU, YOUR life, and YOUR schedule.

What to do for the days you are NOT here

Being honest here, this does require a few things for you to change in order to get from where you are to where you want to be; so some homework is involved, but we have you covered there. I will instruct you what to do on the days you are not with us taking into consideration what equipment or gyms you have access to and design your workouts for the days you are not here.

Tracking and accountability

I hold you to a higher standard than you may hold yourself to, because if you are not accountable to someone only YOU know if you did, or did not work out. Our entire focus is on getting you results. That’s why I do the most consistent and extensive progress tracking with my clients. That way, I always know what’s working and what’s not.

Recipe Manual and Grocery List

Eating better doesn't have to entail tilapia (seriously, gross), brown rice, veggies, and lemon water. That's why I include some of My favorite recipes and they cover more than just chicken salads. We have REAL food that will not leave you feeling deprived and even after the program is over you will still want to continue to make these on a daily basis.

Daily Motivation

No one ever said this was going to be easy. Even with us at your side coaching you every step of the way there are going to be some days that will test your willpower. We all have such days. What I do to help you out is that I send you some of the most motivational quotes, stories and emails just to remind you why you started and why not to give up.

Success Manual

Don't you ever wish that you had a book to tell you everything that you wanted to know about what you are going through, why it happened, and what you can expect to happen over the course of your weight loss journey? You did think of that!? Well, what a coincidence that we happen to have that EXACT manual just for you. Let's just say you are welcome to have it right now.

We have also created a "secret" Facebook Group for all of our LBD members, where you will be able to talk to other women working towards the same goals and dealing with similar struggles.

Now, I have no interest in trying to twist your arm into joining. The fact of the matter is we have a limited number of spots and I only want to work with women that WANT to do work, rock out a little black dress, and be the best version of themselves. That’s it.
