For years now, I have been dreaming of opening my own little fitness studio – a place where my clients can hear my voice (and my voice ONLY) as I put them through their paces, where I can actually CHOOSE the music being played in the background, and where I can have all the equipment, surfaces, affirmations painted on walls, and fun atmosphere I want to optimize their workouts.

Of course, I have been friendly with all the other trainers at the New Fire Fitness facility, where I have shared a training space for the past few years. We greet each other’s clients and even watch one another train. It has been a healthy exercise for me in many ways. But to have my own dedicated space -- has always sounded like pure heaven.

Well guess what? It’s HAPPENING! If my first name reflects being a fitness queen complete with an imaginary crown on my head, then this place represents my crowning glory. After nearly a year of slow, frustrating negotiations with the owners of the new space, my dream is finally being realized.

Beginning in about a week, FitBody Fitness, a fitness boutique, will open at 8845 Sierra College Blvd, Ste A in Roseville, very close to where I have been training you. While I am currently slammed with getting my place open and don’t have the time to describe how and why I’ve put this all together to serve my clients, I’ll write more about it soon and will be thrilled to show you some photos of the new efficient but beautiful facility as well as the plans I have for it.
